The video allows you to emerge from the relaxed state naturally. Only watch it when you have no distractions and can safely do so.
Just relax, want to be hypnotised and listen to my voice, while following the positive suggestions, given along side of the relaxing music. In this particular hypnosis video the spiral is hypnotic, however it is not the basis for the actual hypnosis induction.
Hypnosis is also known as hypnotherapy, meditation, guided imagery, self hypnosis, trance. There are many hypnosis inductions used to hypnotise, of which this video is one.
A Professional Hypnotherapist will know many hypnosis inductions, language patterns and therapeutic methods to bring about the change that you desire.
You are in control in hypnosis and can simply come out of it whenever you wish. The hypnotist hypnotises you, or to be more accurate, guides you into a natural state of trance, which you enter into many time throughout your day. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. You choose to remain hypnotised and to accept only those suggestions that you feel are beneficial to you.
If you have any physiological or psychological issues that may be adversely affected by hypnosis and if applicable spiral flashing imagery, do not watch this hypnosis video and seek the appropriate advice. This hypnosis video will relax you, so remember please watch it when you can safely do so.
Hypnosis is perfectly safe in the hands of a skilled professional. I personally do not recommend any form of therapeutic regression or change work in hypnosis, without reputable qualifications.
All hypnotists are only as good as their training and experience, just like any other profession. Look for a competent certified Professional Hypnotist / Hypnotherapist that you can trust. One who has up to date professional training in hypnosis / NLP and personal integrity.
Look for a hypnotist that you have good rapport with. One who has a style of delivery that you feel comfortable with and works for you. In my opinion, hypnosis can ENHANCE all aspects of your life.
